• Due to the digital nature and instant delivery of the product, all purchases are final and non-refundable, in accordance with EU regulations on digital goods. Reports are accessible for 7 days after purchase, during which users should save or download them.

11. Report Availability and Delivery

Purchased reports are delivered instantly by redirecting users to a unique private page. This page is available for 7 calendar days from the time of purchase. During this period, users may view and download the report in PDF format. An automated email is also sent to the entered address, containing a direct link to the report. After 7 days, access is revoked and cannot be restored.
